See Regional Parks’ new Freedom Trax in action. This track system transforms a manual wheelchair into an off-road ride. Designed for sandy and rugged terrain, Freedom Trax allows people with mobility limitations to explore trails and beaches without leaving their wheelchair. Demonstrations will be held near the Spring Lake Cafe/Lagoon area. Schedule a Freedom Trax trial by emailing parks@sonomacounty.gov or calling 707-565-2041 (option 3) no later than 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22.
