Our goal on this hike is to elevate our heart rate, learn how to utilize park benches as fitness tools and take in the views all around Spring Lake. We'll hike at a moderate pace along the Spring Lake Loop Trail to elevate our heart rate, and stop along the way to focus on exercises that improve strength, balance and flexibility. This hike is guided by a certified group fitness instructor.
Please bring your own water and snacks. We recommend participants dress in layers and bring a hat and sunscreen. Most programs will happen rain or shine, but may be canceled during heavy rains, heavy smoke, or extreme temperatures. Accommodations will be made for visitors with disabilities upon advance request. Parking is $7 or free with a Regional Parks membership pass.
