Help our Natural Resources staff care for oak woodland habitat at Ragle Ranch Regional Park by spreading mulch and weeding native plant restoration areas. Regional Parks will provide all the necessary tools, supplies and gloves along with snacks and drinks. Volunteer should wear sturdy yet comfortable shoes, long pants, and long sleeves. We recommend participants dress in layers, wear comfortable, closed toed hiking shoes and bring a hat and sunscreen. Most programs will happen rain or shine, but may be canceled during heavy rains, heavy smoke, or extreme temperatures. Accommodations will be made for visitors with disabilities upon advance request. Parking fees are waived for volunteers.
