Senior Saunters are low-impact hikes designed to connect older adults with beautiful parks and each other.

Check out an oak woodland and learn about the critters that call Taylor Mountain Regional Park home! Enjoy this gentle 2-mile saunter and get to know other friendly, older adults. Explore plant and animal life along some of Sonoma County’s most accessible and beautiful trails. This is a free program. For more information, contact ParkPrograms@sonoma-county.org. No registration required.

Please bring your own water and snacks. We recommend participants dress in layers and bring a hat and sunscreen. Most programs will happen rain or shine, but may be canceled during heavy rains, heavy smoke, or extreme temperatures. Accommodations will be made for visitors with disabilities upon advance request. Parking is $7 or free with a Regional Parks membership pass.
