Connect with nature and soak up opportunities for quiet reflection. You'll enjoy an evening focusing on outdoor wellness and relaxation while paddling the tranquil waters of Spring Lake Regional Park. Paddles, kayaks, and life jackets will be provided. Bring a water bottle and a waterproof bag to carry any essential items (e.g., sunscreen, bug spray, etc.), and wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting wet. Please bring your own water and snacks. We recommend participants dress in non-absorbent layers and shoes that can get wet, bring a hat and sunscreen, and leave water-sensitive items behind or secure them in a water-proof container. Most programs will happen rain or shine, but may be canceled during heavy rains, heavy smoke, or extreme temperatures. Participants must be 7 years or older. Participants 7-14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Accommodations will be made for visitors with disabilities upon advance request.
