Spring Lake Regional Park has 3/4 of a million visits every year. People come to walk the trails, ride bikes and horses, push strollers, swim, boat and much more. Join Regional Parks staff for a monthly workday where we pick up litter, remove invasive plants, clear trails and rebuild park infrastructure. All tools, gloves and materials will be supplied by Regional Parks. Snacks, water, and cold drinks will be on hand for volunteers. Registration required.
We recommend participants dress in layers, wear comfortable, closed toe hiking shoes and bring a hat and sunscreen. Most programs will happen rain or shine, but may be canceled during heavy rains, heavy smoke, or extreme temperatures. Accommodations will be made for visitors with disabilities upon advance request. Parking fees are waived for volunteers. For more information, contact ParkPrograms@sonomacounty.gov.
